Born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel, AMi O began his first steps as a drummer at age four. After years of dedication to the art of drums and percussion, focusing mostly on Latin Jazz, AMi O was drawn to the world of clubs and house music.
In his early years, working at Israel's most famous dance club, Ha'oman 17, AMi O had the luxury of being exposed to and working with the world's very best DJ's. His experiences inspired him to infuse his Latin percussion set with electronic music, and form a unique, first of its kind live show.
AMi O currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. In the past few year he has been performing in top venues as Avalon, 1Oak, Lavo, Music Box, Marquee and others, alongside some of the biggest names in the music business, such as Stevie Wonder, Tiesto, Erick Morillo, Afrojack, Chuckie, Questlove, Cobra Starship and many more.
